From marketplace order to GST invoice in one click.
Amazon SP-API + Flipkart Marketplace API pull nightly. Meesho and the quick-commerce apps upload by CSV. Finocket turns every ingested order into a proper GST invoice with the right CGST / SGST / IGST split.
You already know the pain.
Marketplace reports are not accounting.
Amazon gives you an MTR. Flipkart gives you a JSON. Meesho makes you download a spreadsheet every month. None of them talk to your accountant.
Manually raising GST invoices for every order is a full-time job.
You'd need a dedicated resource just to turn marketplace orders into proper GST invoices — with the right state code, the right HSN, the right tax split.
GSTR-8 mismatches are expensive.
Amazon files GSTR-8 with the government. You file GSTR-1. If they disagree, you get a notice. There's no easy way to compare before you file.
What Finocket does for you.
Amazon SP-API
One-tap Login-with-Amazon, or paste your own refresh token. Finocket pulls the GST Merchant Tax Report (B2B + B2C) and the settlement report V2 nightly.
Flipkart API
Register a seller app, paste the App ID + App Secret. Nightly pull of orders, returns and settlements via /sellers/v3/orders and /settlements.
Meesho, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, JioMart
No public seller API — so CSV upload. Finocket detects orders vs settlements from the header row. Per-platform column aliases; add new ones via support.
One-click convert to invoice
On Reports → Marketplace orders, tick orders and 'Convert to invoice' turns them into real GST invoices with the right CGST/SGST/IGST split.
GSTR-8 reconciliation
Month-end, diff your own outward supplies against each marketplace's settlement view. Material diffs (≥ ₹1) flagged before you file.
Credentials never in plaintext
Every marketplace credential is AES-256-GCM encrypted before storage. Plaintext is never on disk, ever.
"Reconciling Amazon's GSTR-8 against my own GSTR-1 used to be a full day of my CA's time every quarter. Now it's one screen."
