Sending & deliverability

Authenticate your email domain (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), register US SMS (A2P 10DLC) and connect a Gmail or Outlook mailbox. Nothing sends until a channel is fully set up.

Before outreach actually sends, set up your channels in Profile → Sending & deliverability. Everything here is optional and safe — a channel only sends once it's fully configured, and nothing is ever sent on your behalf before then.

Authenticate your email domain

Add your sending domain and Finocket generates the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records to publish. Publish them at your DNS provider, then tap Re-check DNS — once all three verify, the domain is authenticated. Campaign email is held for a domain you've started but not yet verified, so you never send from an unauthenticated domain.

US SMS (A2P 10DLC)

Record your brand details for an A2P 10DLC registration. SMS stays blocked until a provider is configured and your registration is approved, and every SMS respects quiet-hours computed from the recipient's state.

Connect a mailbox

Send from your own Gmail or Outlook. Tokens are encrypted and we never see your password. If a provider isn't configured on your deployment yet, the button shows “not configured” rather than pretending it's ready.
