One-click Tally XML export for your CA
Hand your CA Tally-ready books in one tap — a single import XML of masters and vouchers they load straight into Tally Prime, instead of a backup over AnyDesk. The no-migration way to run Finocket alongside Tally.
Your CA files from Tally. Finocket lets you hand them Tally-ready books in one tap — a single XML file they import straight into Tally Prime, instead of a backup shared over AnyDesk or a pile of screenshots. No re-keying, no manual ledger creation.
What the export contains
The download is a standard Tally import XML with two halves:
- Masters — your ledgers and parties, so the accounts a voucher posts to already exist when your CA imports.
- Vouchers — your invoices, payments and expenses for the period, each posted as the matching Tally voucher.
Export from Finocket
- Open Reports → Hand-to-CA.
- Pick the date range you want to hand over — usually a month or a quarter.
- Tap Download Tally XML. Finocket builds the masters + vouchers file for that range and saves it to your device.
- Share it with your CA over WhatsApp, email or your drive of choice.
Import into Tally
In Tally Prime your CA chooses Import Data → then the XML file. Tally creates any missing ledgers from the masters, then loads the vouchers. Because the masters travel with the vouchers, the import doesn't stop on unknown ledgers.
Running Finocket alongside Tally
This is the no-migration switch: record new work in Finocket from today, keep Tally for final accounts, and hand over the monthly XML. Nothing to import historically, and your CA keeps working exactly the way they already do. See Run Finocket alongside Tally for the step-by-step first month.
